Homemade chia date bars

Hmm, is there something better than a chewy bar, full of great ingredients? The good new is, it's super-easy to make them at home instead of buying them super-expensive. You just need a few ingredients, mix and bake them.
I decided to make them with dates as a base, cashews, a lot of chia seeds and cacao, some cinnamon and sesame. They are full of protein and perfect to eat as a little mood and energy boost on long days at work.
