As you might know I spent two days in Berlin because I had a job interview there. The pictures show some impressions from my time in this beautiful city, showing my favorite coffee place, some fashion week craziness and some pretty hostel interior. It was super cold but sunny. I enjoyed my time walking around in Berlin Mitte, having coffee and pasta in the famous Kaffeemitte, getting some interior inspiration in the Soho house and seeing some touristic spots. Since I don’t like just seeing all the tourist spots, I try to feel the city by the people who live there and going to their favorite places. BERLIN MITTE
You can get the best sojalatte cappuccino and delicious pasta at the coffee shop Kaffeemitte. In the surrounding streets you can find the coolest shops or you walk about 20 minutes to the hip Kastanienallee for some fashion from Berlin.
SOHO HOUSE
If you like concept stores, check out Soho house Berlin. They have beautiful interior, fresh flowers, a lot of vinyls and magazines and fashion. You can have coffee there while you enjoy the stylish atmosphere.
HUMMUS AND FRIENDS
There's a lot of nice places for dinner in the Oranienburger street. If you like to try cool new food go to Hummus and friends. You can have hummus with chickpeas, a whole backed cauliflower with tahini or stuffed eggplant.
WALLYARD CONCEPT HOSTEL
I stayed at Wallyard Concept Hostel, which is a really nice place, with a beautiful lounge and breakfast room to hang out, great breakfast with waffles and really friendly people. It’s not in Mitte, but in Alt-Moabit so you always have to take a train or bus but the station is close and it’s still not far. Another nice hostel in the heart of Berlin is the Circus hostel.
