I spent New Years Eve with two of my friends making and eating delicious vegan food. We decided to treat this evening just as any other normal evening.It's always fun to look back and reflect over the old year and start preparing for the new one, and the last year was definitely the craziest year so far, but the beginning of a new year is not as special and important as people want you to think. Life is about everyday, about the chances you take everyday and nothing will change overnight. So we just had food and wine and then saw the firework over our small village from the balcony. We even thought we'll go to bed early but then we started to talk over coffee till the morning.
